Super simple fix and I really dont think brand will make much of a difference on this part. The sensor is above where the oil filter connects. A decent size crescent wrench should make short work of it.

Absolutley! What I suggested above is what I used to have in my car. I have since upgraded to an aftermarket deck for better sound quality, but my old system worked pretty well for what it was.
