Rocker moulding
The rocker moulding on my car has gotten all smashed and bent out of shape by all the careless mechanics that put it on lifts. How does the moulding attach? I have tried to push it back into place, but it wont budge. I need to realign it so it looks straight again.

There are clips that you can see from the outside. Not sure how to release them to allow you to re-position it, though.
Don't take it to that shop ever again. I've lifted numerous Bonnevilles on multiple lifts and never had an issue with rockers. They obviously don't know proper lifting points, and shouldn't be trusted to do actual mechanical work on your car.

I've had several shops do the exact same thing. Nobody gives a crap about their customers in my area. The first couple times the moulding pushed back into place. The last time they smashed up the pinch seams under the car pretty badly. What really did in the passenger side was that I was driving up my ramps, and for some reason the passenger wheel suddenly moved faster, shooting the ramp right under the tire. The car landed on it. No metal damage, but that was a fun mess to clean up.

If I screwed up someone's rocker molding on a car at work I'd be in deep sh*t. It really sucks that you can't trust people in your area...
