maybe clogged fuel injectors or fuel filter. I guess that could be covered in the above "tune up items"

thanks guys, yeah that what I did after I youtubed it. I wasn't sure if i really needed to change them or not until I got them out. they pushed all the way down and wouldn't come back up. whole job cost me 120 bucks, not bad. Hope it fixed the slight vibration I developed.

strut change question
im changing my struts, the 2 big bolts on the bottom, i got the nuts off but the bolts wont budge...are they threaded? they my just be thread locked i see some red stuff.

I have never used the aluminum but have read quite a few posts where members recommend the metal ones from GM, if I ever have to replace again I will go with those.

i just bought one from harofreak00 they are pricey but be happy to even find one. I think he has a couple left. there is also one on ebay right now for 75 plus shipping.

its not that hard, I changed mine using the write up. took my lap top and put it on the passenger seat. was done in 2 hours.

I look on rock auto and had 2 different ones for the front #513179 (second design) and #513121 (first design) I have an 2001 SSei. Which one do I need and out of curiosity what is the difference between designs? thanks

sounds like a starter to me as well. Happened to me before I at first didn't think so, threw a starter in it and started right up.

I have a leaky oil pan gasket as well, how terrible of an idea would it be to clean it up real good and put some high temp gasket sealer on it to keep it from leaking?

this was an interesting read, and had a recipe at the end, i think i will try that. for this case and in the future seeing how we can only get 91 here in Colorado

yeah I emailed Haro a while back and it was going to be 100 plus 100 to ship then install cost. I never had a sunroof before so the fact that it doesn't open is ok. The motor works it just won't move.
