Our 2000 SSEI D.I.C. lights up but just scrolls through warnings non stop. Does not respond to oil reset as none of the buttons respond. Pushed buttons from every angle and pressure, nothing :dontknow:

I looked the codes for both years back up since I was not 100% how it all went down back in 2012 (lucky to remember what I had for breakfast! ha ha ha :bhuh: )

So code c1234 in a 1999 model is for a front WSS passenger side hub. The same 2000 model code is as was just shared (drivers side rear).

Ok took a drive yesterday. Ran a half mile pulling fine at normal throttle and then suddenly bogged down, couldn't go faster, turned around to head home think I heard some spark detonation.

Correct, that's the Boost Control Solenoid. It's a solenoid because it's electronically actuated to dump boost in certain situations. I had to replace mine once as well, got the new one from harofreak00. His price was significantly cheaper than you paid.
