Both back windows and locks don't work

Post by STAGE III »

So to add insult to injury as I am boiling around town with no a/c and sealed sunroof down South now my back windows decided to crap out. I noticed the door locks do not respond either. Last thing I did that could have possibly blown something was plug an invertor into the back of the console plug which doesn't seem to be working either.

Anyone know the correct fuse (I don't see it on charts)?

Thanks
John

Do the windows operate from their own switches? If they do work from their own but not from the main drivers switch then the drivers switch is bad, that is also my suspicion for the locks not working.

Nope the windows don't work from drivers control or their own individual switch : (

Time to look at the splice under the drivers seat in the harness under the carpet.

Probably the "loose nut" behind the wheel! ha ha

No seems to be that wiring harness. It started working again the other day and then went back out but for awhile both back windows and their locks worked.

Thanks
John
