So, this problem has been going on quite a while, but now has gotten worse.

1. At first it started off with my DRLs not coming on automatically at dusk, and my amber's don't turn on when the car starts either.

How does the fuel pressure regulator come out?

I smell gasoline in the line to it, so I'm thinking about replacing it. I have occasional bogging when motor is idling--just sounds like it's running rich when motor slows to idle. Doesn't stall. Sounds like a carburetor with the float set too high ...

Hmm, my fog lights are now working. Headlights still not. I will definatly try that though.

The light sensor nor the switch turns them on. I don't have DRL, the Regal uses just amber lights during the day and then supposed to use headlights at the usual dusk.
How do I go about checking the relay's and maxi-fuses? I was unable to pull any out, seemed stuck right in there.

Driving headlights don't work, but my High beams do. I thought it was my bulbs, so I changed them. Nope, still don't work.
Same with my fog lights, I changed those as well.
Then i checked all my fuses, everything is A. O. K.

Chances are I won't be able to go. House of Tools closed, I got laid off, I just started my new job at Future Shop as In Home Technician. I won't have any vacation time to go and just don't have the spare cash to do it this year.
