Re: 2003 SSEi with 68k possible purchase

Yeah, you should buy this car before I do. quote]

Now that wouldn’t be very nice to buy it out from under me. But if you do, make sure you have some good insurance on it and don’t leave the keys in the ignition.

I see your from St. Cloud, I'm just a click up the road from you in Motley ...

Re: 2003 SSEi with 68k possible purchase

Yeah, you should buy this car before I do. My wife says I can't but I might. It is a clean looking ride. I swear I saw it for sale before he bought it but I am not sure if it is the same car.

Buy it as is. If you have him put the stock mount on you will be replacing it in 30,000 miles or less. I ...

You can also get it from a local glass company or commercial glass installer. They are usually willing to sell an entire roll for cost or smaller amounts. That is where I have always sourced what I needed from.

Re: Question: Why the mickey mouse motor mounts?

Mickey Mouse? Try inventive, especially due to the low cost involved. As long as you have the tools you can make the mount look just as nice with hockey pucks. As mentioned, I don't envision Grainger being able to beat the cost especially with shipping costs involved.

Re: replaced rear brakes now vibrating over 70 MPH

Road force balancing could help with the vibration issue.

Could being the key word. These are have a shake at 70 and is hard to diagnosis. I would recommend putting a drain plug in the trans pan so you can easily refresh the fluid since you don't need to change the filter every time you do the ...

Same thing happened to my wife's cousin in AZ a couple of months back. I thought he had it up on wood blocks and it slipped off but not to sure. Super tragic as they just had a baby the month prior.

Re: Question for those who live in Snowy Climates

Mine sounded like a giant vacuum cleaner. No grind noise. Just a ridiculous hiss.

It sounds like a terrible and loud shop-vac when it is running cold. It is pretty dang loud too. It goes away as the car warms up and does not take that long. No need to make any changes though. Some people do like ...

We have quite a few roundabouts here in Minnesota. Roundabouts are being used a lot more than stoplights these days, especially in my area.

Have you cleaned the MAF to see if it runs differently? I would clean the old one first before you put the new one on.

Yea it is, looks like a really cool place to visit. I think it has to do with all the Guantanamo BS more than anything.

Is has to do with the embargo as well and the mountain of laws that have been passed basically banning trade, tourism and every aspect of business except for some humanitarian ...

The 2011-2012 GMC trucks are sexy. My Dad's newest company truck is a 2012 GMC All Terrain and I love that thing.

Love your truck with the wheels!!!

Re: 2000 Bonneville only getting 10 miles per gallon

I would check the fuel pressure regulator to ensure it has not failed

I would have to agree. Check the FPR first and MAF. Sounds like it might be both. If those test out good then continue with the basics such as O2 sensors and what not. Jumping to coils and ICM might take you in the wrong ...

Wheels look super awesome!! I say replace the rear springs. It needs to be a little higher in the rear to make it look right. No to a spoiler. It looks very classy and has a nice lip with the trunk lid light.

I have the same kind of trunk lid and same spoiler question for my wife's Accord as well ...

Your first video is locked as private.
