blend door actuator connector wiring

The connector that goes to the blend door actuator for the HVAC has 3 broken wires, and I don't know which position they go in the connector. Does anyone have a picture of that connector showing the wire colors or a circuit diagram which shows the pin outs and colors of the wires?

I appreciate any ...

Re: Replacing rear 6x9 speakers? Easy on '97

Are these instructions at all similar to pre-00 Bonnevilles? I'm interested in doing the same exchange on my 99. Where did you find these instructions?
Thanks.

None of that above crap needed to do this on a 97 Bonn.
Don't know nuthin' bout no instructions but, on my 97 Bonn SE with deluxe radio ...

Re: How to crank engine without starting?

Read somewhere that cranking with WOT (gas pedal to floor wide open) will inhibit fuel.
I am 95% certain this is true. I know it worked that way on an older GM TBI car I had.

Thanks JW,
I'll give it a try.
Its too much trouble for me (at my age) to crawl under the dashboard to find the fuel ...

How to crank engine without starting?

just replaced the oil pan and would like to crank the engine a bit to make sure oil pump is developing some pressure. Is there a way to crank the engine without it starting (easy way to disable fuel injectors?) or is fuel pump relay removal the best way to go?
Read somewhere that cranking with WOT ...

Re: Intermittent spark/fueling issue, 1992 SE

Sorry for the late reply - I've been busy. Check your electrical connections to your coils (clean contacts underneath, and spark plug wires.
Weak CPS (crankshaft position sensor) can cause ignition problems too.
Curious, do you still own the car? lol

The instrument lights will not come on unless I turn the headlamp/dimmer knob full clockwise to the detent which turns them on full intensity (and also turns on overhead interior lights).

Before I purchase this light dimmer module, I ...

Re: Still Having PO341 Code Troubles 97 Bonneville SSE

Wow, sounds like a nasty problem. I heard one guy fixed his by replacing the IGM (ign control module).

Electronics can fail when hot or cold. If the CPS (crankshaft pos sensor) was not too expensive I might
try a new one. Also, the CEL constant flash: I'm not sure what that means. Missing input or ...

Bosch Platinum II - JUNK

I've had some engine roughness with an occasional misfire on this beast so I checked the wires - sure enough, fried. Open
resistance (infinite ohms) on 3 or 4 of the 6 plug wires. Ya, I had way too many miles on 'em. Anyway, I replaced the
spark plug wires with a Delco set and it did run some ...

MAFs: Beware of Imposters! 97 SE Which MAF Sensor is bes

A lot of the reman mafs can be hit or miss. I've heard of people getting the reman ones and other off brand MAFs and them go bad in a few months, others have had no problems at all. I would say go with delco, as that's what mine was replaced with and I haven't had any issues, but others may ...

Won't Shift Up when W.O.T.

'97 SE

When I put the pedal to the metal she won't shift out of 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd. The RPM hits around 4900 and then the engine cuts out (about 4x/sec). It feels like the governor is activating, limiting the revs. If I back off the pedal about 1/2" it shifts up to the next gear and runs ...

This vehicle has the Linear EGR valve on her controlled by the PCM.

Blower motor works as normal, but only blows cold air. When I start the car, it will blow hot for about 2 seconds, then the display in the ECC will blink and it will turn cold. Apparently the display in the ECC blinking is telling me to bring it in for service. Since it will blow hot, but it ...

Spark Plug Wires out of Spec: Update

Yes, I was very careful how I measured the wires using my DVOM pro quality Fluke meter (former Computer/Electronic Tech.).
