The oil looks alright, I just checked coolant level in the reservoir and it was kinda low so I filled it, i'm guessing LIM and UIM is upper and lower intake manifold ? I have never done it before in my life but I'm sure they need to be changed, is there a tutorial somewhere ?

I have only had the car like 7 months the only thing I have done is a complete tune up with all premium plugs wires and filters, and one of the coils and the module underneath went out and the car was misfiring so I replaced the coil and the module. Are you sure its coolant? wouldn't my car be ...

The weather is warm I'm in florida lol, I read up a little more and seen something about it being oil leaking in somewhere but that it wouldn't really hurt the engine much, and I've noticed I have to change my oil pretty frequently but it doesn't leak onto the ground underneath the car.

Everything else on the vehicle is running fine, it is about to hit 148k and I have had all the maintenance done on it EXCEPT the o2 sensors.
one thing it does after sitting cold overnight or while im at work when i first start the car it does blow out alot of white smoke ...

Cut off cat and straight pipe ?

I have had my 00 Bonneville for about 8 months now and I have always had a cat code i think its like P0420, my fuel economy is terrible it seems like i get about 40-45 MPG per quarter tank of gas and even less on the highway, would it increase my MPG if i just cut the cat off and straight piped it ...

I have the 00 Bonneville SE
I seen how people have gutted their air box for performance,
well I did a similar thing but I did not gut the whole thing I only cut a out half of the inner box not the whole square and took the tube out the back and stuck it down into the fenderwell

Now i'm getting ...

No it didnt have a touchscreen it was a cheap Boss 614UA for $19 bucks on walmart.com, its all I need though because it pushes 50w to each speaker and i'm just gonna plug in my phone to it.

the only touchscreen I know of that will fit in our bonnies is the parrot asteroid which is like $499, im ...

I purchased the gmrc 04 and I just ordered a mechless head unit that is only 3 and 5/8th inches deep so problem solved lol

I have the 2000 bonneville SE. What kind of tools do you use to cut it? I tried manipulating the right on cable and it seems to be like right on that plastic back there so I'm super nervous. But like I said I don't need a cd player and would prefer a touchscreen with a shallow depth so I don't have ...

Shallow aftermarket receiver?

Does anyone know of a shallow CD-less media head unit that is like am fm USB Aux and possibly blue tooth, that the depth is like super shallow like around 4 inches deep so I do not have to cut the plastic that is behind the stock radio? I figured it out guys I appreciate all the help. I wired the constant and ignition wires together and the radio powered on and worked fine

Bumper Swap ? Input needed

I have the 2k Bonneville SE, which I love BTW its my favorite car I have owned so far, I want to swap front bumper for an SSEI bumper because they just look cooler IMO. are these a direct fit ? or would I have some issues trying to fit one on ?

I seen in a different thread somewhere somebody ran the the Switched / Constant wire to the Dimmer or something like that ? I'm not sure, I have never installed a car radio in my life LOL

I'm pretty good with electronics though as I work in the IT field so I'm trying my best

Ok I wired the harness up correctly with the stereos harness & upon plugging it in I hear the cd drive spin but no power to the unit.. do I have to run a special wire somewhere? I have the 2k Bonne SE non amplified, came with stock CD and tapedeck

Just got the Dash kit and the GM07B Scosche Ribbon connector, going to give it a shot tonight i'll light you guys know how to goes, I do also have the antenna connector i bought it a while back so i forgot the model number

Thats a steal man! I bought mine for $1,800 a few months back, I only have the SE though and the interior is dirty as hell since its the cloth.
can you send me some info on plasti dipping ?
i was interested in doing my grill and other stuff with that as well.

Thanks, but do I need to do any kind of special wiring or anything like that to get it to work ? or just splice the harness with the radio wires and plug it in ?
