I was pretty impressed when I first saw it, it looks pretty straight. It took me a while to notice the damaged front and rear bumper covers. When I took it for a test drive, the tranny wasn't shifting hard at all, and there were no tranny codes (I was expecting a P1811). It did have these though:
P0404 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Range/Performance
P1404 IAT - B Circuit Malfunction/ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Closed Position Performance
C1214 & C1248 Some sort of EBCM problem
It does have brand new BFGoodrich Traction T/A (just like my car). Interior is pretty clean, but the carpet could stand to be cleaner.
I paid $1700 out the door with tax and license and expedited title transfer. I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to proceed on this one. If I have to put new bumper covers on, and have them painted, I'm looking at about $800. If the tranny needs the PCS replaced, I'm looking at another $400. That brings the budget up to $2900 pretty quick, doesn't really leave much room for profit. I think my best bet would be to resell it without doing much do it. This means leaving the bumper covers and tranny alone. I'm guessing that I could sell it for $2700 as it sits, without even doing anything. I could maybe get $3000 if I replace a few small things (sunshade, visors, radio buttons, etc)
