very nice, and very clean... my dad had an 88 le that looked identical to that one, ours had a custom sunroof tho. but she had an early grave... only 169,000 on her.. and i still have the gauge cluster tacked up on my wall. still have a bunch of other parts from her too. anyways glad to see her in such nice shape...

Thanks for the compliments. I don't know why, but this car has grown on me. It has a nice ride and runs great and I plan on keeping it that way. There are a few things I want to do to it yet like a dark tint all around and new wheels.
fuelforthesoul1999, are these the wheels you are talking about? I like these more than the honeycomb style. Gonna paint them the same color as the car with gold outline of the pontiac symbol.

to those that remember mine...and the reason i got rid of it...just an update...got a confirmation that it is STILL on the road, just resold again a couple months back...i presume..with the same major problem! and heck, i sold it back in Sept 2007...can't imagine that rust can get much worse before SOMETHING happens. just goes to show how well those *dang* things are built i guess!

I have 5 daughters that will be using this as their first car. It will always be mine and they know how I take care of it and hopefully it will rub off on them.
Uh oh...daughters + daily driver....sure hope we don't ever see a thread about any incidents with it....its sort of nice to think of a car like that sitting in place, completely safe, lasting forever...but hell, its a car, guess that means its meant to be driven, whatever chances that takes! suppose it goes without saying that they know how special and rare of a car that's becoming nowadays!

Note if you pull the injectors to obserbe fuel delivery...make sure you leave the plugs in and disconnect the ign. Believe me
