well if gas prices skyrocket i will only have to keep it for 3 years. i could have bought it for $25,000 out the door. i can still buy it at the end of the lease for $14,500. which is still cheap for that truck with 36,000 miles or less. the sticker price was around $34,500

And if you pay 403/mo for it you've already paid 14,500 on it at the end of three years. If you do buy it then it's 28k before various charges and what not...

I'm going to have to agree. That is way too much money per month.

leasing is NOT a cheaper than buying situation anymore. you will pay more to lease than to buy a vehicle. its cheaper to buy every vehicle i sell than to lease it. monthly payment wise. Times have changed. Banks do not want to lease any longer. You pay the premium to get that new car every few years. 403 a month on a lease with 0 due at signing it pretty good. it now costs 300+ for a jeep liberty lease when you used to be able to lease them for 150-200 not but 3 months ago.

Thats a Nice truck. i think leasing at this time with a vehicle like that is a good idea. But i wouldnt buy it out at the end of your lease tho. look around you'll be able to find them cheaper w/ less miles too
