Will do. I got a quote for rears a while back but I dont remember the price. I do recall it wasnt real cheap.

I want to say that sounds about right. Sucks to have to pay an extra $200, but we can get whatever amount of drop we want and customize the rate as well.

My intuition tells me that with stiffer springs there will be less suspension travel and less strut wear. I would think, anyway.

So are they not making these anymore or just out of stock? I'm not willing to pay $400 or even $300 for a set of springs. I will live with what I have.

No market for them so they dont make them anymore. Im pretty sure your feelings are common, Id be surprised if anyone else buys any.

See that's what my original plan was, I wanted a 2" drop and spring rate increase. Some things to keep in mind though, from what I understand after talking with Mike (95nsSTA) going 2" or lower and you're likely to be pogo-ing on the highway, even with the GXP's FE5 shocks. You'll have to find a shock that will keep up with the spring. I picked up a set of stock Grand Prix GXP Bilstein struts and I was planning to modify those to fit and order the springs to suit it. Just haven't had the time to fool with it yet. 2" is also about the lowest you could go without raising the engine/trans. But from what Pat was saying at the 1.5" down he's sitting at the control arm is level with the ground. If you have the control arm pointing upwards towards the wheel it'll screw up the suspension geometry and you'll lose some handling. So 1.5" is about all you'd want to do without having to modify anything.

I'd be willing to go in on a set as well. Price is a little high, but they are being custom made, so I can live with it. Like Will said, I'd want to do no lower than 1.5", as I just want to lower the stance of the car a bit, and would not want to heavily mod anything just to go lower.

ive got quote requests out to two places. I asked for a 1.5" drop and slightly stiffer rate than fe5.
