Post pictures, sounds, and VIDEOS of your 3800 or Northstar powered Bonnie/Grand Prix(H & W Body ),Buick( H & C Body ) or Oldsmobile( H,C,G & W Body ) here. We want to see 'em! (Any picture or video files must be posted on a server somewhere to be linked here). Also post pics of Regional or National meets. THERE IS A 25-PIC LIMIT PER PAGE IN THIS FORUM. ADDITIONAL PICS MUST BE LINKS TO AN ALBUM OR TO INDIVIDUAL PICS. Meets are exempt from this restriction.
Just some minor mods:
Pioneer stereo that fits perfectly in the OEM opening.
Clear side markers.
Cold air intake(had to put padding under filter to keep it from banging-metal to metal).
8500K blue beams.
Hitch installed (carries my jet ski everywhere).

I've got a similar Pioneer "fat face" head unit. I bought it new in '97, and it still works like a charm.

wtf is "fat face"...? since when is double din referred to as fat face?
Just noticed the hitch....you have a transmission cooler right? If not...I suggest it..ESPECIALLY in the florida heat.

John, Bonnies didn't get double dins until 2k. These are din 1.5s...and that stereo is also compatible with Chryslers too.
2005 GXP - White Gold Pearl, no mods...yet.
2000 SSEi - Resurrection in progress. Built L67 w/L32 fuel rail, ported heads, and cam. Camaro front brake system, GXP cluster, and much more in planning.

That is a great looking car, but might I suggest building a heat shield for your air filter? You want to avoid drawing in hot engine heat as much as possible. If you can extend the pipe a little more to the front of the car to bring the filter closer to the headlight, it will help force colder air into it. Then build your shield and watch it go!

Towed a Uhaul trailer from VA to FL and never had a problem. Changed the Tranny fluid and filter recently and it looked great in there. I just tow my JetSki around now though. You mentioned the florida heat...check out the time on the clock and the temperature! http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/fo ... =9&p=29821#
