My combined millage is around 23.9 so I think your fine. I get around 435 miles out of a 18 gallon tank. I would suggest a seafoam treatment and tune up. Tire pressure is important too, I keep mine at 38 PSI 3 pounds above recomended.

Mine averages 27.7, including an 82 mile round trip commute. That's with the listed mods, primarily interstate, but crossing a portion of the Appalachians every day. I seriously dig this car.

I get about 11.5 in my C3. But then again, I might as well just bolt the gas pedal to the floor boards.

I get about 25mpg average and 29 on long highway hauls.

What is killing me is not my mileage but the cost of GAS! I just saw a news clip on Saturday that they speculate $7 per gallon USD if Obama wins the elections because of his environmental tax plans. That was very depressing to watch as these gas prices are killing my household budget! My wife and I are spending just over $900 a month on gasoline for our commutes to work and any driving on the weekends. A little over a year ago it was 1/2 that much!
Thanks, Rich :)

My worst on both the 91 and 95 was 13-14 Both due to a bad O2..

Normal City driving was 18-22 and 29-33 On the road... Mixed seems to yield 24-25 Mpg

Sorry to get slightly off topic here but I loved Bobby McFerrin's creative style BEFORE he became "popular". Here's something about that "urban myth".
