Just replace the weather stripping. To my knowledge, there really isn't any adjustments on the door, the weather stripping has just been compressed too long and can't rebound anymore.

I used to be cool......Then I traded my Bonne's.
what you took pictures of is not your weatherstripping, its just the drip channel that is supposed to help deflect the water. Open your door and look at the car, that is the weatherstriping. It is loose up top?

weatherstripping is good, not loose, after the rain last night i opened the door and water was on the outside of the weather stipping facing out from the car and when i drove it this morning, it drips in on the armrest on the door and on my arm

My 02 SE did the same thing. I discovered it had been wrecked before I Bought it. Loosen the striker where the door latches, and slide it inward slightly. That stopped my leak.
