Just replace the weather stripping. To my knowledge, there really isn't any adjustments on the door, the weather stripping has just been compressed too long and can't rebound anymore.

what you took pictures of is not your weatherstripping, its just the drip channel that is supposed to help deflect the water. Open your door and look at the car, that is the weatherstriping. It is loose up top?

if the weatherstriping is working correctly, it wouldn't matter if you didn't even have the drip channels, it should still keep water out.

weatherstripping is good, not loose, after the rain last night i opened the door and water was on the outside of the weather stipping facing out from the car and when i drove it this morning, it drips in on the armrest on the door and on my arm :helpsmilie:

My 02 SE did the same thing. I discovered it had been wrecked before I Bought it. Loosen the striker where the door latches, and slide it inward slightly. That stopped my leak.
