I always tell my kids that I learn something new every day. Thanks for educating me Andrew.
I will PM you when I am ready to get the controls and radio up to you.

Well ain't that a bitch. lol
Those are the steering wheel controls correct?
Have you thought about LED's for the radios and climate controls and if you started doing clusters, the clusters as well?

Nice looking rig man. Wish I had the time to dismantle and clean my rigs. I know they could use them.

Re: I will fix your 2000+ radio display bulbs
Well I will send you the radio and the steering wheel controls for sure. When I am doing that, I will have a look at the cluster and see about taking it apart myself and then maybe ship to you, then it is my fault.
any thought of replacing these things with LED's? Especially the steering wheel ...

Andrew, I am going to be sending off my radio here pretty soon. Also wondering about instrument cluster lights and steering wheel control lights. Do you do those as well?

Re: What kind of mileage do you get with your 00+ Bonneville?
Mine was high teens for city and mid 20's for highway, but I had a bad LIM and it seems to have done other internal damage to the engine as it spun a bearing. So will get some new numbers in the next couple of months after I get it back on the road with the L32.

I would not mind having a meet now that my car should be back on the road here in a couple weeks.

Re: where'd all my coolant go?
I hope that over those last couple of years you have been changing your oil frequently cause all that coolant in your oil will corrode/etch the rod and crank bearings.
Definitely will decrease the life of that engine.
Yes it will. I bought an SSEi that I discovered the LIM was leaking on ...

Nothing like sticking it to the ex!
It hurts reliability if not used properly or allot, but if you want the occasional burst of power, could stick a small shot of nitrous in it.
Or another way to add a larger pulley, alcohol injection. Devils own has some nice kits

Re: Aeroforce Firmware Upgrade
As mentioned above, you can do that. Other wise it is $100 a vehicle unless we unlocked an entire year, but would take a few folks to pitch in for it to save $firebuick wrote:how much does it cost to do this

Re: Aeroforce Firmware Upgrade
I am thinking about doing this. But if you want, i have HP tuners and you can just order up a bin file and for another $100 we can license up your car and load it up so you don't have to worry about the dealer.
