Camaro 20's just look so flipping good on G8's

Amen! And the finish he has on them...a couple of the Photobucket shots are almost wallpaper-worthy :)

Yes, they do. :D

That's a pretty fair price for the miles, I feel.

And it's been on Craigslist a couple months at least...barring something ...

Re: Seat upgrade 2000+

Has anyone moved their drivers seat back for additional legroom? I'd love to get a couple inches of extra legroom as the drivers compartment is fairly cramped, but haven't gotten around to pulling the seats out to see how/if that could happen.

I use this adaptor with the Torque app in my GXP...it can read and clear codes, as well as monitor most PIDS.

Decided to use the Bonneville as our getaway car...I was bummed that we didn't have time to take pictures by it, but I'm glad somebody got this picture :)

Bonneville Manual Download

No idea if I am late to this party, but I just found this website and thought it was pretty useful -> http://goo.gl/c5Lj6

Hope it can help somebody! :beerchug:

EDIT: My bad, the website uses a banned word (concrete slab that holds back large amounts of water) in the URL, so I had to use a link ...

Re: 2005 GXP Spring Cleaning

Looks amazing! Those wheels look even better than the GXP rims.

Thanks! I can't wait to have another weekend to fully detail it, it needs a buff and wax pretty bad. If I'm not mistaken, those rims were inspired by the rims on the Bonneville GXP concept...that I wish would have made it into ...

2005 GXP Spring Cleaning

Had the car on the lift this weekend to put new pads/rotors on all 4 corners...decided to throw my brothers Sport Edition KV5's on to see how they looked! He may never get them back

Sorry for the quality but my phone was all I had....

Re: What are some good brake pads for a 2005 Bonn. GXP ?

Well, as soon as I posted my thread, a whole bunch of similar threads were linked at the bottom of this page ! Anyway, I ended up getting NAPA Adaptive One hybrid pads for $55 + tax. These suckers are a lot bigger than my SLE fronts are. Hybrid = ceramic & semi metallic combined; according to the ...

Re: Bonneville Phone Case

It was from http://www.mycustomcase.com/ , they had a Groupon deal the day I got my new phone! The logo is actually printed right on the case, so no decal to peel off :)

Although I have to say it took FOREVER (almost 3 weeks) to get the case after I ordered it, but that may have been due to ...

Re: 2005 GXP Bonneville- PCM Tuning/performance mods

No I have emailed back and forth with him though. $400 really isn't that much,

Yea I guess it depends what it does. What kind of improvements does the tune get you so far? If I remember right I read a thread somewhere that said he didn't have the PCM fully unlocked? If that even makes sense ...

Has anyone here actually gotten the Madtuner tune? $400 seems like an awful lot to lay out when the website has little details on what this actually will do!

Re: "A" Pillar Gauge Holder

As for mods on a GXP there is nothing you can really do that will need to be monitored by a gauge. I use said scan gauge to watch my trany temp on long trips and it has some cool functions. I put mine in the left vent as mentioned. That's my vote.

What was normal cruising temps for the tranny? I ...

Re: "A" Pillar Gauge Holder

A scanguage in the left lower a/c vent is more instrumentation than 99% of people will ever need. The only reason I want/need more than one gauge is that I have a separate wideband a/f gauge for better readability and safety.

If youre still determined to have an a pillar pod, I hope to start work ...

Re: "A" Pillar Gauge Holder

just wish the Bonne GXP's had enough aftermarket to justify having one of these to keep an eye on everything!

You can't justify a scangauge, but you can justify 3 other unnecessary gauges? :dontknow:

Not justify...I guess I really dont "need" the gauges, just a big fan of the look of pillar ...
