Bonneville Storage Tips
Hello everyone! I need some advice for storing my 2000 SE. It will not be driven from June 19th to August 1st. It will be stored in a shed with a car cover. I will store her with a full tank of gas and disconnect the battery. Anything else? Thank you!

2000 Bonneville Tuneup
Hello everyone! I replaced the old ac-delco plugs with ngk tr55ix and the wires with Napa Belden Premium wires. The original fuel filter was also replaced but when the nuts were attempted to be loosened it sprung a gas leak. (due to rusted fuel lines) So they were replaced as well. After all that ...

Re: whos bought a uim for 3800?
Yeah I recently purchased the "Sure Fix" @ http://www.ineedparts.com/gm-intake-sur ... d-kit.html I have yet to have it installed, but I think that this is the best possible UIM kit.

Re: Strange Noise When Turning Left
Alright thanks. Actually I believe the noise to be coming from a bad CV Axel. Reason being is that there is a lot of CV Axel grease flung all over on the left side.... But the noise only occurs when I turn left (which would be the right CV Axel?) I'm still not positive but it's an educated guess.

Re: Strange Noise When Turning Left
Yeah I was thinking it is the wheel bearing as well. I'm pretty sure they are original... year 2000. How long do they typically last?

Could it be that I just have to grease the wheel bearings?

Strange Noise When Turning Left
Hello everyone, I am very frusturated and cannot figure out what this noise is when I only turn left. It sounds exactly like "sphf sphf sphf sphf sphf sphf sphf sphf" and it becomes louder and more pronounced when I am going faster (30mph) in a slight left turn. There is NO noise when going straight ...

Leaking Coolant
Hello everyone, I was wondering how much longer my 00' Bonneville will last with a very small coolant leak. The question is.... Should I replace the LIM gaskets and the UIM gasket (or the entire upper manifold?) I have also recently noticed a thumb sized puddle of oil like substance on the top of my ...

W-Body Store
Hello everyone, I was curious to know if anyone has purchased parts from the online W-Body Store. I would like to purchase my aluminum LIM gaskets and their UIM along with aluminum coolant elbows. My 00' Bonnie is slowly leaking coolant externally and on top there is a pool of some liquid ...

Re: Looked under my oil cap
Does yep mean you think its the gaskets or just nothing but moisture build up from short trips....
I am interested to know the answer to that as well because i'm in the same situation... And here are some links to the parts http://www.wbodystore.com/gaskets-hardware/53-aluminum-lower-intake ...

Re: Looked under my oil cap
I have this same problem. Is this due to coolant mixing with the oil? How urgent is this? I'm going to college next year and I want to make sure I don't have issues while i'm there... Also, I have done some research and was wondering if the W Body Store is a good website to purchase new gaskets and ...

Serpentine Belt Recommendation
What are the signs for the replacement of a serpentine belt on a 3800 series 2? And are some belts better than others? Thanks!
