Re: Oil in Radiator
I checked the ATF and nothing seemed wrong. A little on brown side but it needs to be changed anyway.

Re: Oil in Radiator
Guys
Thanks for the quick replies. First, it is a '99 SSEi, I use Prestone and I do no know what brand gaskets used. An old friend chaged them and he's out of business now. I'll check the ATF this weekend. Should I check the trans dipstick for coolant? How can I tell if the stuff in the radiator is ...

Oil in Radiator
This past weekend when I was changing my oil, I checked my radiator coolant. I noticed some oil floating in the radiator and on the underside of the cap. Also, the coolant overflow tank was down. I checked the oil which just came out of the car; no coollant in it.

Never mind. When I learn to read, I'll be dangerous. Followed the above posts and just finished. Dead on with the write up on the process.

Re: Info about air-mix acuator
OK Gentlemen
I have my new air acuator in hand. I removed the glove box, hush panel, and door. I can see the arm of my acuator though a hole in a steel bracket. It looks like the bracket is held by 5 10mm bolts. Can I remove this bracket to get to the acuator. How do I get around this bracket. In ...

'99 SSEi Radio Removal
The light on my radio display has given up so I have to pull the radio to replace it.
Could someone give me some pointers on pulling the radio? Where to start. What all needs to come off, etc

Radio Display out But Radio works
I just got my car back from having the heater core replaced. Removed dash. When I got in, I noticed the radio worked fine but there was no display giving the time or the station.
My question, is there a connection in the back of a factory radio which controls the display illumination?

Re: 95 ssei stalls while driving
Gentlemen
Holy cow, I have the same issue right now with my '99 SSEi. ABS and Traction Control light on. Stalls or runs sluggish. Just changed the fuel filter (not the problem) and checked the coils/wires/plugs (Good to Go). I was leaning towards the fuel pump until I read this. Also, I had codes ...

ABS/Traction Control
Quick question. My ABS and Traction Control lights just came on on my dash. Could anyone give me an idea where to start looking to figure out what is going on; sensor on the front rotor, ABS relay, etc?
Thanks

Hello All....long time lurker hear and I appreciate picking up tibits hear and there. Now I have an issue I cannot figure out.
