Well, i ended up doing some research and found kit# ST2-41R is a GM terminal replacment. worked great, looks clean and OEM. 10$ locally for the one.

I bought a new battery, and a new set of bolts. My problem is the + terminal on the car it trashed :thumbdown:

The front plate that would make contact with the battery and the red rubber sheilding is all warped and twisted, and if you look inside the red rubber cover where the wires come out there ...

My battery + terminal started spewing blue and white acid, aside from burning a hole through my floor, it also ate the contact and bolt of the + terminal.

I had to drill out the bolt to get the connector off the battery, but not sure where/how to replace that terminal,

It could just seep for a long time, or it could fail at any time. IMO, fix it ASAP before it dumps a bunch of coolant in and either hydrolocks a cylinder or it gets into the oil and wipes out some bearings.

how do i tell if its in the oil? the car burns a bit of oil, i put in 1qt between oil ...
