Will do unfortunately they don't make any weatherstrip with the trim interior pieces. So we will see what happens.

Re: Bonnie water leak.
Confirmed door seals leaking. Tried to do the water trick to driver door the seals won't bite like they used to. Going to use some weatherstrip adhesive and see if I can get them to fit tight.

Bonnie water leak.
Got into another project today. Found out my Bonneville has been storing water under the carpet foam. Driver side and two rear seats have water flooding in. Passenger front is the only dry area. Going to check sunroof and door seals. I have already sealed the trunk up.

Blower motor resistor/control module.
I have 98 ECC Bonneville. I need a new blower motor controller. What years can I take one from the junkyard? Can they be fixed? Looks like they got a lot of screws. Maybe it's just a resistor?

Re: What's that noise?
Yes the oil pressure is fine my gauge is hokie but I did manually test it never went below 35 psi at idle. The sound goes away almost after it's warm and seems to be coming from were tranny and engine bolt up. I have a stethoscope coming today maybe I'll be able to pinpoint. The sound is hardly ...

What's that noise?
Did an oil change today. Underneath car you can hear clatter thought it was harmonic balancer at first but sounds like it's coming from transmission/engine area. Not audible up top very quiet.

Re: Weird interior electrical issue.
I think that you only need to replace it if you need that functionality. If you have the dial on the headlight switch turned so it's off, it should operate without it.
Is is off when you feel it click off all the way to the left? If so it's always been off and the interior still dims itself ...

Did they use these in anything newer I can't even find a part number or anything. Salvage yards don't have these cars around here anymore.

Re: Bonneville hesitation.
I think it has something to do with fuel sloshing in the tank. It doesn't do it when the tanks fuel once you get to half a tank it will. I'm not too worried about it when the fuel pump fails I'll find out then.

Re: 98 Bonneville Issues.
It's hard to tell from the pictures and could even be the valve cover gasket. You're likely going to have to brake clean the whole area and run it to see where it's coming from.
I'll figure it out. Got the camshaft sensor issue diagnosed it was the camshaft sensor. Did not 0 out when the button ...

Hello, I'm a new owner of a 98 bonneville. Surprisingly has only 37k original miles. Anyways. Driving it home I ran it like I stole it. Rode really nice. When I stopped I got the oil pressure warning it dropped to 0 multiple times. I did not hear or feel any noise from the drive train. Anyways today ...
