SSEi mods help
I've been doing a lot of research on where to go with mods and what not and it seems a bit scattered for what I have and before bolting it all up I want to know what I'm missing before creating a bigger problem.

Re: performance parts
you should look under the performance section in these forums there is also a links page with all kinds of websites that have products for anything you could ever need. (FYI most anything that fits a grand prix gtp will work for you some mild modding may be required)

Coolant
I plan on flushing my system this weekend and was wondering if I should stick with dex-cool or if peak (green) safe for all makes and color coolant would be ok, are there any problems when switching coolant from dex-cool?

Accessory Kit
So I got a kit finnaly and it is brand new or as close as you can get but the only thing its missing is the needle and tapered nozzle for the inflation hose. Is there ones I can buy that will work? I.E. bicycle pump needle, never saw a tapered one before.

Compass
I have two 12's in my trunk and they cause the compass to work occasionally.
Has anyone relocated the compass? or is there some other way I can get rid of that annoying calibrate compass message?
As not pushing the select button to clear it every time I start the car would be nice!

Re: Projector retrofit!
Just an idea but what if you just order a second set of mini projectors? With the servo in them you may be able to rig one to have the shield down and one up at all times or just remove it in the "high beam" thus giving you one high and one low and just put a halogen in the highs so they dont have ...

Re: HID Conversion
I did this and it was very easy I picked up a 15000k kit off ebay for $40 and had it for six months now with no problem
15000k is the best IMO they go through rain and fog making your brights and fogs just an addon

Stainless Brake Lines
Since most of everything we buy for the Bonne's is from a Grand Prix do we need the "fifth" line too?

Eyelids on the headlamps
So I have been thinking for a long time about adding eyelids to my headlamps think I'll do a mock up with electrical tap before I do it and once I pant it I'm probably going to paint them with night shades as to let the brights through a little though I don't use them very much.

Re: Well this is a Interesting little rant on Bonnevilles...
Yea, it seems that a few people have had more than the normal share of issues. The sad thing is that they are paying premium repair costs for everything (SC as much as a new engine?). If they would have stopped here first most of them would be minor issues. Many of the items are also common ...

Re: Well this is a Interesting little rant on Bonnevilles...
I love how people trash talk a used Bonne like its Pontiac's fault the previous owner beat the piss out of it and had a bratty child that f*cked with the windows all time. LOL I have had mine for almost a year as a daily driver. Took it to a car cruise where I did lots of burnouts and took it to the ...

triple gauge pod
I know there has been much discussion about this in the past and I don't want to put them in my vents, so has anyone had good luck with a certain universal brand? I have seen at least four different shapes for the universal ones. Has anyone tried a grand prix one? Is that guy that made/molded them ...

I see almost 50% of ppl clearing the corners is this done by removing the small clips on the lights and then pulling them apart?
