Re: Exhaust recommendations

A friend of mine has a magnaflow on his 4.8L 1500, IMO it is not loud enough, it has a little grumble to it but barely any louder than stock

Can't wait to get this together (and ...

Re: Possible Firebird 3800 build

Comparing to modern V6 has nothing to do with a 3800, DOHC, direct injection, variable valves, etc....

Building an F body with a 3800 will be a continual life of wishing you built an LSx car... By the time you add and tune a decent turbo setup you'll be into LS1 price ranges, where you could have ...

Unfortunately it looks like all board attachments on BPro were lost during host migration as we were unable to get a perfect backup.

Re: clearing headlights?

The oven is not necessary, but it does make things easier. If you let them warm up to room temp you can manage to finagle them apart. I have done over a dozen sets and only ever baked 1 or 2...

If I was still living in Norwood I would insist on meeting up to do these. I used to be the go-to guy for ...

Re: New and need HELP

Welsome!

What I would do:
Swap to Dorman upper intake
Replace lower intake gaskets
Swap to metal coolant elbows

there is basically zero chance you need to do the head gaskets

Re: Question for you guys in the snowy climates!

Really anything is going to scratch the *shoot* out of the clear... god knows if it is snowing out you have sand on your car.. pushing the snow off is just going to drag sand and ice all over it
