I had the same issue little while back but I found out that the plugs had hairline cracks and we're shorting on the metal sheilds. So basically try taking the sheilds off see if that helps

Have a 01 bonne ssei I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, coils, and the icm. Yet I have a cylinder 6 misfire. And it's all over idling is terrible my cel is flashing 24/7. Any ideas? Everything is less then 3 months old

Well today I replaced the fuel filter and the ICM. and boom feels like new again. Also it doesn't chug nor does it shift hard...so I guess that's a bonus Thanks for the help.

I just had the cat replaced not less then a month ago and I do have the po137. BUT I borrowed a better scanner from a friend and I found out I have a p1811 (If remembered correct) which I believe the pcm is sensing a slip in the tranny...could I just be looking in the wrong area for the chugging

I havnt yet..payday is this Friday and I pick up the icm the following monday. And I have no clue if the filter has been replaced or not...mileage is 159xxx

Just a thought guys...could it be a plugged and constricted fuel filter or my fuel pump bout to go bad?

They reason I think it is the cylinder 3 injector is because I ran 2 bottles of Chevron fuel injector cleaner through it, and it helped quite abit. Now it mainly chugs going up hills. When I stomp on the pedal, it doesn't chug but it doesn't feel the same when I first bought it.

Oh they replaced that cat , Was due to the o2 sensor levels. Afterwards it ran great...until I tried accelerating uphill..then threw the po137...aka low voltage bank 1 sensor 2. Still chugs but not as bad

Also got a po420 took it to the shop they replaced the cat. It now has po137. Which is low voltage. I checked all the codes online and ...

If it was the alternator, wouldn't you notice drop in battery voltage?
