This winter She's getting a new coat color. The new G8 Orange. Can't Wait.

No, there still in on. I am having them sunk in and then fiberglassed in. Should look like a real cowl hood when done. and had a top swap. then spun a bearing , then got a L67 longblock with the ssm90 kit. It puts out some impressive horsepower compared to standard L67 supercharged engine.93-SSE wrote:Interesting setup. Did you just do a top end swap or swap the whole L67 in?
Did you ditch the hood scoops?

I was coming back to ask the same question about the Belt slipping at all? The Stock setup has the belt more fully wrapped around the pulley.radomirthegreat wrote:Do you experience any belt slips with that SS M90 kit? I'm used to seeing two belts on a Series 2 L67, and I've always thought it's to prevent the belts from getting loose. Actually, I didn't even know they made a 3.5" pulley for the SS kit!

NO slips. Sits well. Yep 3.5 . I was told that the 3.5 is putting the same numbers as 3.2 on a normal L67 setup. I can drop to a 3.25, ( i have 0 kr) but i dont know, thats about 30 more h.p.>>>>>>>>Its my daily driver so i kind of need the dependability.radomirthegreat wrote:Do you experience any belt slips with that SS M90 kit? radomirthegreat wrote:How do you go about getting more out of a pulley by running it on one belt? Is that the only difference? You should see a horsepower gain by staying with the higher compression L36 engine, but now that you have an L67 block, your 3.5" pulley should work like a 3.5".

radomirthegreat wrote:If you're looking to get more from a pulley, look into a generation 5 M90.

Twin charged . supercharged/turbro.radomirthegreat wrote:Cool. Good luck! Bad SSEi was totally gutted, though. Going to take a lot of work to get there. Just try to take down Rogue! He's running a ported generation 3 anyway.

radomirthegreat wrote:That's awesome! You're probably better off with an SS kit, then, since you can go up to a 4.2" pulley. I've read a lot about 8 second Grand Prix cars with twin charging. Where did you do your research? There's just so much to read out there!
