Hello again. My mother's 03 Lesabre is in serious need of new front struts. It is a custom with the base "grandma" suspension. I replaced the factory rear air struts with Monroe "airmax"(?) last fall because all the oil leaked out of them. They ride on the firm side compared to the old ones so I was wondering if there is a firmer but not too much firmer strut I can get for the front, to sorta match the firm rear ride. The soft front and firm rear makes for a wierd ride, lol.
So, would the "gran touring" models have firmer front struts? Are the springs different as well? What are my options??
Thanks!

Re: Front strut interchange question
If you would like to match the front and rears, the Monroe Sensatraks could be a good choice. The apparent difference between front and rear could just be the worn out struts. The Sensatraks will firm up the ride some.
You could upgrade the suspension, but you'd probably want to do it all around, instead of just the front. That could end up firming it up more than you mother would want. Many like the more "floaty" suspension.
