94 ssei running rough

Last October, literally as soon as I hit a deer, my 94 ssei started running very rough. Misfiring, idle climbing and dropping almost to the point of stalling. The service engine light was always on and off for the two years I owned the car but now it’s been on steady. I’ve run 94 octane since I bought it. Ive thrown all the easy parts on it, new plugs, wires, coil packs, maf sensor, coolant temp sensor, o2 sensor but nothing fixed the problem. Now just last night I decided to check on the pcv and it had been installed upside down and backwards! And I drove it like this for two years! Anyways, any help with this miserable situation would be much appreciated.

When you hit the deer, was the engine harness or Ignition Control Module sub-harness damaged?
