AC not working

Post by SmokeyYunick01 »

I have just rebuilt the bottom end of my engine in my 2003 ssei. Prior to doing so, the AC worked flawlessly however after putting the engine back in it was not working. We checked the pressure in the lines and it was good we then took the plug from another harness and plugged it into the ac compressor and jumped it to see if the clutch worked and it did. We blew out the plug then sprayed some contact cleaner on it and blew it out again no luck. We then did some more digging and found that it didn't have any ground running to it which doesn't make sense as for as much as I can trace the wires it seems to use the same ground for 4 other sensors and besides the ac, the car is running like a top no codes or anything. I am assuming this is self-inflicted and I have damaged a wire somewhere and will have a lot of fun finding it but I figured I would post it on here to see if maybe anyone has a detailed wiring schematic or has had this problem as well.

Some a/c systems won't allow the clutch to engage without an ambient air temp input. Is that sensor working correctly?
