Peeling chrome wheels

Post by Pair of SSEI »

Well, the Missouri salt roads have caused my chrome wheels to peel on the inside, some of the chrome is gone and looks like pitting. Still looks good from the outside. I am not sure if they are aluminum but I think so. My question is what should I do to stop or slow down the peeling of chrome?
