So i got a scanner reading app for my ipad and i was looking at the reading for a o2 sensor it bouncing in between lean and rich it wont stay steady at all is that a sign i have a bad o2 sensor.

What should my intake temp get up too?????????

O2 readings are supposed to fluctuate between rich and lean, that is part of how the computer caluclates proper fuel/air ratio. It is working properly. Your intake temp will only get to the temperature of the air it is taking in, but is also affected by the heating of the intake, it really doesn't go bad, or is a big concern unless it grounds out and produces an extreme reading.

Yes sir, the O2 will go up and down like crazy. IATs can get much higher than ambient, especially in traffic. I wouldn't worry about them, not just for daily driving.
