Hard starting after sitting for 30 min

I own a 2000 pontiac bonneville ssei and recently I've had this problem where my car will start up in the morning with one key turn but if I shut it off and wait 30 minutes or longer the car will crank a little bit before it starts then the idle will jump around after it starts sometimes. To fix this problem I have tried to clean the egr valve, idle air control valve, new spark plugs, new wires, crankshaft position sensor, cleaned throttle body. I also checked the fuel pressure regulator and no gas smell of gas coming out of the line and I had the starter battery and alternator checked and thy all came back good. I'm really stumped on this and I need the problem fixed because its nerve racking and I don't want to be stranded any where in the cold weather up here with my family.

Could be the ignition control module. Remove the coils and check to see if there is any corrosion.

The tits on the coil packs are a nice shiny silver

Yes, but look underneath them, where they contact the ICM.

I'll do that. I was doing some researching and was wondering if it could be my egr valve?
