2000 park ave problems

Looking for a part number and or a website where i can buy the vacuum hose that comes off the throttle body right by where it meets the upper intake, has a big line and small line coming out of it. the small line loops around in a U shape and goes onto the fuel pressure regulator, the big line goes all the way across the intake and loops in a U shape onto the vacuum solenoid in front of the upper intake. looking for that whole setup of lines. Any help or ideas is appreciated!

Have you tried looking at the schematics at gmpartseast.com? That's my usual go-to for finding parts.
