Odd problem after fwi install!

Odd problem after fwi install!

Post by Rubidon »

Today after I installed my Intense FWI i have no music per say. The radio comes on and my after market amp turns on for the subs and i get base ,but it is like my stock bose amp doesn't turn on. Another odd thing i noticed is that the compass is stuck on SE. Everything was fine this morning on my way home from work, it all started after i put the fwi in. Could in possible have something to do with me moving the pcm around? I took it out of the stock box and into the intense tray.

Id say yeah. There's ton of wires and connections for the pcm/. check them out and reseat the connectors. I used some dialectric grease on the connectors too. I don't know if it helped but I'm pretty sure it did.

I'm not sure the FWI would cause that. Check out the wiring in the trunk and the fuse box under the back seat.

I have narrowed it down to the GMOS 09 adapter. I am getting a remote turn on signal to the adaptor but not out of it . If I jump the adaptor the i get music!! Woohoo!!
