purchasing 1997 Bonneville SSEi
I am looking at a 1997 SSEI Bonneville with 51,000 miles on it, one owner and been in storage. Any suggestions on what to look for ?

Check trans fluid, oil, coolant etc to see if it all looks normal. Check gaskets for any visible leaking or seepage. Most notably on the lower intake manifold, the oil pan gasket etc.
Take the car for a drive, see if the trans shifts normally at temperature. Give the car a good broad RPM check. Dry rotted tires, hoses, etc.

check suspension, push front and rear up and down and see how fast it stops bouncing. if it keeps going for a bit struts are probably bad.
