GXP SPOILER GOING ON MY 02 SLE !! HELP WITH CONVERSION!!

I need rear spoiler, mine is cracked on one of the wing tips and the underside backing and support all broke off making it weak, I think was car wash damage maybe? Thanks to Andrew a GXP spoiler is in route!! It was a tough decision to go with the GXP spoiler but I have had issue's in the past with other spoilers where the car wash damages them or just the fact they hang over the trunk lid, pushing down on the tips by accident etc.. Plus I think it does bring the car up to date a little more.

What are your thoughts?
How much should I pay to get it painted properly?
How hard to install?
What tape and how do i tape the wing tips down?
Any pics from GXP spoiler conversions to show me?

I would take it somewhere to get it professionally matched to the car.

The long piece will attach via screws, the wings should be done with 3M tape. I'd heat up both the quarter panel and the wings, and carefully clean both with rubbing alcohol.
