Jus found out why my engine light was on...

Had it Done. Guess its an Evap System code.
Told Me to get new Gas Cap.. Yeah right... Just changed that.

But he also saying charcoal canister
What do u guys thing.

anything else Come to your Mind what else it might be?

mine said the same thing. but I checked and my gas cap wasnt clicked in to place, or it was because I didn't have the fuel filter cover back in place in my trunk. dont have it anymore.

mine was off because I never put the cover back on and tightened the screws back down after replacing the fuel sender. and I was overwhelmed by the gas smell in my trunk the other day. dont clear the code, if the car cycles a few times and the fault is no longer detected it will clear the code.
