Found this site looking for info on a super charger oil change. I'm a Master tech. Been working on 3.8l since they had carburetors. If I can help you just ask.

Easiest is to take a windex spray-top, stick the tube down into the gearcase through the fill hole, and suction it all out into a water bottle or something. You'll need 8 oz of fresh S/C oil, which you can either get from a dealer, ZZPerformance or Intense-Racing.
