Difference between 96-98 Series II and 99-03?? (Rering kits)

Post by eazhar »

Hey guys, I was looking at re-ring kits on eBay and found that there was a clear distinction between the kits for the 95-98 models and 99-03 models. As far as I know, I thought the engines were virtually the same. What do you guys think would be the difference between these kits?

Search results:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid= ... &_from=R40

95-98

99-03
http://www.ebay.com/itm/99-03-Buick-Che ... d2&vxp=mtr

Seems like they have a listing for the supercharged kits that go from 1996-2004, which fits exactly what I thought about this engine.

Any thoughts?

You'd think for that money you could see an actual picture of the kit you are buying...
