If you unbolt it and unplug the rear O2 sensor, There is only 4 rubber hangers left and you can drop the whole exhaust and grag it out from under the car. Then you can cut it where you want with whatever you want.
Well def show the $115 receipt you got, please. And there's more metals than just Platinum. Never ever heard of more than $50 for a big Cat convertor for scrap. Prove me wrong, Haro!!!!

I scraped the 2000 Bonneville . turns out the cat was a aftermarket cat . glad i did not waste much time on tryings to cut it off. i got a extra $6 bucks for it and was still on car plus my $242 for scrap auto body .
amd yes scrap is DOWN now . About $210 a ton for auto bodys . $240 a ton for Auto Cast .
