Power Braking
When i try and power brake to get a little extra jump and shoot a gap in traffic from a stoplight i put my ebrake on and then take it off but hold it down with my foot so the rear brakes are locked but my front tires are still free to spin. when the e brake is all the way in the rear tires seem to still roll a bit is this a bad line or what?

First of all, you shouldn't need to use your parking brake to power brake, just the regular one will work just fine.
The e-brake is adjustable. The adjustment is under the car, near the driver seat. Tighten up the cable and it should perform better.

Ohh and i would also use your regular brake... the rear brake is made to keep the car from rolling not to over power the engine, the rear will drag and can make a nasty flat spot (trust me i did a mean burn out, drug the rear and smoked the rear tires)
