A/C Blower

Ever since I had the A/C system replaced - it doesn't blow as hard as it used to in the passenger side vents?. Any ideas?

It could be the blend door actuator has gone bad... Does it still blow like normal on the other side?

It blows hardest in the middle vents and the other vents seem to have less volume.
