In order:

Normal. That is a panel bonding adhesive, seen it on every 00+ I've poked around in.

No. You'll need to replace that center tail, once they start to delaminate, it's done. The black bars can't be removed, I've had quite a few 00+ tails open to see what I could see about things, that is one thing that can't be done, or at least practically.

A code scanner ought to tell you which sensor in particular went kaput. How did you have it scanned?

A lot of things could cause the Airbag light to come on, even something as simple as the common 00+ water leaks corroding a sensor under your seat. Good idea to check for leaks, and have it scanned.

This is more of a question than reply. I have an 04 SE and have often thought of the possiblity of adding centre(trunk lid) tail lights to my car as I think it would really look cool. How possible is that and what would procedure be as in what parts would I need and modifications to be made and maybe aprox. cost. Maybe Andrew would have all the parts required if it is feasable. Thanks!

First seam sealer is normal, as far as lights go, if it is water inside remove the light and drill 2 or 3 small holes in the bottom of the housing (on the backside so you don't see them), if it's clouding on the outside, use a headlamp lens repair kit to clean them up. I agree with SSEiMan01 about the scanner for the ABS light, but if it turns out to be the other side, use the hub you just took off. They aren't side specific and unless they were both junk, the one you took off is probably OK. About the airbag light unplug and reconnect the connectors under both front seats one at a time, I have seen a lot of poor connections in this area. Check the light after each one it will go out immediatly when you get to the right one. BTW all these are yellow connectors and its a good idea to use dielectric grease on them before reconnecting. Good luck in your hunt!
If you don't take the time to do it right, you will make the time to do it over.
