Twin Cities MN meet? Weekend of Sept 10/11? AutoX?

Alright boys, we have been SLACKING in the Minnesota area. I'm willing to host a little get together either day on this weekend, i've got a slough of days off in a row. Should be off Wednesday, Thursday, (work friday because of delivery at work) Sat, Sun, Mon, Tuesday.

The homestead is a few minutes south of the Mall of America. We could do some grilling and light to moderate wrenching, the usual BS! Two car garage I'm just finishing a little remodel/organization project on, lots of room to work on stuff.

Anyone crazy enough from out of state (or faaaar away MN) is welcome to crash at my place. I've got realistically room for 3 people to crash before needing sleeping bags.

The Mall of America and Waterpark of America are nearby. There are Autocrosses 15 minutes away both Saturday and Sunday. I'd like to make one of them. Cost is $40 per day if preregistering, or $45 if you register day of. To compete you'll need the car in good condition, nothing seriously wrong or leaking. Battery tied down, floor mats and all loose items removed..

Could potentially give a co-drive in my BMW if someone is very serious..

There is also the Wheels 'n Wings Car/Plane show in Osceola Wisconsin on Saturday the 10th. We could definitely hit that up, and do a multi hour cruise down some fun roads in the MN/WI river valley.

Well there's a Johnnies game the 10th, but I'd be willing to skip that if we are able to get a decent meet going. I was just gonna post about the October meet we usually have here in the STC area.

Sounds like the 11th works a little better for most of you, but i'm open to whatever really! I don't think this is a substitute for any St Cloud meet, that's more of a shine n show, this is more of a dudes day/weekend.

Dang!!! I have to replace a wheel bearing and do a coolant flush, but I am going to try and do them this weekend though. Not sure about being able to come though. Turns out I will have a full house all weekend of kids & My Dad til Sunday morning, so I might not be able to make it at all.

I know I haven't been on here in, well, over a year. I actually bought a house on some acreage just outside of Osceola Jason. I have to work @ 3 on Saturday but i'll be at the wheels and wings in the morning. I can give you a tour of the best roads out here. There are some good ones!
