I assume Manual controls??

The fuses/relays should be:

(I am referring to all locations "facing forward", cause thats what the book does)

Fuse 5D (under instrument panel, left side) 25amp for blower relay control
Fuse 3: 30amp, underhood. right bank (facing forward) supplies power to the blower

Blower Relay; same underhood, right bank (facing forward) 3rd relay (counting from the right facing forward)

Fuse 5: 15 amps, Relay center against the right wall under/behind the glove box. powers the compressor relay and compressor clutch.

AC compressor control relay... underhood right bank of relays, 1st one on far right (facing forward)
