New CD Player finally!

This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

New CD Player finally!

Post by haney07 »

After years of having my stock radio (with no display on the LCD screen for the past year) I finally updated! Took 3 hours to put in...tight squeeze. Had to break away some plastic in the back of the opening for it to fit properly.
Also painted the trim piece around the cd player and climate control black :)

Now my subs sound so much better. Crisp and Clear!

Nice! it still looks like it's sticking out some... you actually have to cut all that stuff out to make one fit.

did you read grandprix104's writeup? it covers install in a non bose stereo system just like yours

I guess it sticks out a tiny bit. But its not that noticable. No I didn't see the write up, darn. Oh well, we figured it out lol.
