weird vacum problem after PLIM install

After installing the the PLIM last week, the car had been making this noise that I thought was the belt, then a pulley. & now think is a vacum problem.
Let me start by explaining the symptoms. When the car is cold it wont do nothing, then after a few minutes on the road the loud wine will start, but only when Im not accelerating, if Im on a light & the noise is bothering me I rev the car to about 2500 with the brakes on & the noise will stop.
Now the way I discovered that the problem wasnt coming from the pulleys, was that while the car was on I removed the oil cap & the noise stopped, & there is a strong suction in to the oil hole, at the same time when I took the oil cap off, a shake started like when there is a vacum leak. I put the cap back on & the engine is fine again but with the noise.
What did I mess up? Any ideas of where to look?

I also had a problem with my brake booster hose leaking and making the same noise.

Why does this happen? Your problem exactly describes my squeeking belt issue! I have replaced every pulley on the motor and it still squeels everytime it warms up! I took off the oil cap and there was a LOT of suction. After the cap was off the squeel went away immediately.

The guys with intercoolers will also have the problem until the PCV system will gum up the port hole with oil/coating inside. mine did it, it was a loud whistle and like I said, after a build up it went away.
if you have suction on the oil cap then the PCV valve its self is messed up in one way or the other.. its very common.

Anyody got a pic? I saw no o-ring on my PCV. Mine is doing exactly that in the video except it isn't constant. More of a chirp chirp chirp sound to it. There is a TON of suction on the oil cap and the car almost dies when you take it off.
Can anybody explain how suction is produced in the valve cover when there is a leak in the PCV area.
I also need another MAP sensor. Mine is broken into two pieces held together by electrical tape. Anybody have one?
