I don't know what you call it but my moonroof shade rattles when it's open. Any ideas?

The shade? That I don't know. I know my sunroof rattled a little, I found out two of the screws were loose.

It shouldn't rattle at all. It should fit very snug in there and you should have to use some effort to pull it forward and back.

If you want to mess with it, start with the sunroof in the normal position, remove the 4 torx screws and then remove the glass. You should be able to see all 4 clips that hold the shade into place. Are the damaged?

My glass rattles like crazy. I've been waiting for halfway warm weather to putz with it.

Glass rattle is the 4 torx screws. Get a buddy to watch, and when it's level w/ the roof, tighten them.

Are they just set screws? Just push up o the glass and snug up the screws?

they might be tight, but if they're loose, then yes. There's no nut to hold on to, if that's what you mean.
