How much do you think a shop would cost me to change the LIM and UIM?

I think you are looking at $500 Minimum... If they want more than $800 walk away

The dealer wanted $700 but that was like 4 years ago.

Its not a difficult repair, you can definitely do it yourself if you have the time and facilities (ie - warm garage)

Yea I can put about half the car in the garage maybe. I am willing to do it its just I want to make sure I do it right. I read the techno about it and what I wasn't sure is when its completely apart, and you go about cleaning it, do I just vacuum everything out? Do I spray anything on the engine?

You don't want to know how much I paid to get it done at the dealer........ :lol:

A shop I used to go to quoted me about $700-$800.
